Affinity Senior Care was extremely helpful in coordination and movement of my mother in law (97 yrs old) from a Rehab facility in the Bay Area to a Care home in Roseville, Ca. In particular, I'd like to thank Bianca Javier who worked with the social worker to determine the level of care needed in Roseville. In addition, Bianca arranged a tour of Care Homes in Roseville. Once we decided on a Care Home, Bianca arranged for transportation from the Bay Area to Roseville. Without Bianca's support we would been lost as to what steps it takes to move a very senior person into a home. I highly recommend Affinity Senior Care who needs help in moving a relative in the appropriate care facility

Bianca has been very helpful in finding a place for my mom who has dementia. She arranged everything from setting up facilities and touring us to different homes. Moving your loved one is very overwhelming but the whole time working with her was a breeze to the point all we did is to decide where my mom is going. We didnt have to worry about the paperwork we need to the board and care, medical equipment my mom needs and the therapy follow-up. Bianca took care of everything. I can't thank her enough for her impeccable service!

I had no idea how to find a suitable placement for my husband who had Parkinson's with dementia until Bianca came along. She took me to 5 different possible placements ranging from super deluxe to reasonable. My son and I selected one of them. Bianca was very helpful when my mother was suddenly released from the nursing home in Concord. She was fast, friendly and very organized. She gave us several Board and Care homes to look at and visit. We felt very lucky to have her work with us to find a home in Brentwood. This is where my mother wanted to be placed so that her friends could come visit her. Bianca was a blessing. We felt very lucky to have such a sweet young lady help us in such a stressful short notice.
